Due to the general foot traffic and build up of grease, dirt, bodyfats etc we offer a cleaning specification, where our specialised machinery removes surface dirt that builds up over time.
By regularly cleaning the floor and reapplying seal, it avoids the need to sand the floor. This means that there is no removal of wood, again enhancing the longevity of the floor.
Regularly maintaining the floor is more cost effective, as it avoids the need of a full sanding specification, saving on cost and closure.
